Passwords & Access Sharing

(updated 24 Nov 2025)

To protect your security, we require all passwords to be shared using a secure password manager such as Passbolt or 1Password.

Please avoid:

  • Sending passwords via email
  • Storing passwords in documents
  • Sharing logins insecurely

Your VA will only use the access you provide and will never change settings without your consent.
