You are responsible for:
- Managing tasks within the client’s allocated hours
- Helping the client prioritise
- Advising when something is outside scope
- Flagging when more time is needed
If you believe a client requires additional hours or a retainer change, notify TVAC management privately, by sending an email to: hello@tvacgroup.com
Clients pre-purchase hours.
You must:
- Monitor hours remaining
- Notify the client when hours are running low
- Notify TVAC when hours need increasing
- Never continue working beyond the allocated hours without approval
