When to Escalate

Escalate immediately if:
- A client asks for more hours
- A client requests something outside your skillset
- You feel the client is unhappy
- You are falling behind
- There is a conflict or communication concern
- Boundaries are being crossed
- You foresee a delay
Escalation is a sign of professionalism — not failure.
