Working Hours

As a sub-contractor, you set your working hours, and these would have been communicated among all parties prior to matching you with a client.

You are not expected to:

  • Be “on call”
  • Respond outside your stated working hours
  • Work beyond the client’s time allocation

Scope Creep: What To Do

Examples of scope creep:

  • Additional tasks not agreed upon
  • Extra hours requested without approval
  • Work outside your expertise
