Working Hours
As a sub-contractor, you set your working hours, and these would have been communicated among all parties prior to matching you with a client.
You are not expected to:
- Be “on call”
- Respond outside your stated working hours
- Work beyond the client’s time allocation
Scope Creep: What To Do
Examples of scope creep:
- Additional tasks not agreed upon
- Extra hours requested without approval
- Work outside your expertise
