Withdrawing your services and giving notice

If you decide to stop working with us, we kindly request that you give us at least one month’s written notice, or more if possible.

Please give notice in writing to: hello@tvacgroup.com

If You Want to Step Away

If you need to step away from a client:

  • Let TVAC management know privately (in writing to: hello@tvacgroup.com)
  • Give minimum one months’ notice (more if possible)
  • Continue providing high-standard service throughout
  • Assist with a smooth transition

Handover Process

A good handover includes:

  • Current tasks
  • Access
  • Passwords
  • Deadlines
  • Outstanding issues
  • Status updates
