Task Management

Logging your tasks in the portal

(updated 24 Nov 2025)

Please use the ‘Projects’ section of the TVAC portal to keep track of all client tasks you are working on. Clients are able to see the task progress when they log into the portal, which helps to keep the communication channels open and transparent.

We encourage you to use the portal for all communications with clients. We encourage all TVAC clients to do the same.

Clients receive emails containing your portal messages, which they can respond to directly via email, meaning they can communicate with you directly via email but everything gets logged automatically in the portal.
