You are responsible for:

  • Managing tasks within the client’s allocated hours
  • Helping the client prioritise
  • Advising when something is outside scope
  • Flagging when more time is needed

If you believe a client requires additional hours or a retainer change, notify TVAC management privately, by sending an email to: hello@tvacgroup.com

Clients pre-purchase hours.

You must:

  • Monitor hours remaining
  • Notify the client when hours are running low
  • Notify TVAC when hours need increasing
  • Never continue working beyond the allocated hours without approval
