What Is Outside Scope

Examples of out-of-scope work:
- Legal or financial advice
- Services requiring formal qualifications
- Technical repairs or specialist development
- Tasks requiring tools or access you have not provided
- Work needing significantly more hours than your current package
- Work needing a significantly different skillset to what was agreed in our proposal
If something falls outside scope, we will always offer suitable options and can usually match you with another VA or specialist who meets your requirements.
