We don't believe in micromanagement, and we're big on collaboration. For the most part, we'll generally leave you to it, doing what you do best and managing the client work.
That said, we've worked tirelessly to build our reputation as a reliable VA provider with high standards, and we're putting our trust in you not to let us down.
Working with TVAC as an Associate VA means showing up professionally, having a strong work ethic, delivering on deadlines, owning your work, and being responsive.
We trust you to manage your time, ask questions when unsure, and uphold our reputation with clients.
That said, please don't be afraid to reach out if you ever need some support — communication really is key when it comes to working remotely, but although we don't share a physical workspace, we are still here to support you every step of the way.

Portal collaborator access (you be assigned to the relevant client project)
The portal will give you access to:
File upload and sharing, for sharing files with the client(s)
Task management tools for collaborating with the client(s)
Messaging for communication with the client(s)
